Thermoforming

The term refers to the process by which a sheet or ‘film’ of plastic is heated to a pliable forming temperature, and given a specific shape in a mould thereby taking on all the contours of the mould itself and achieve the desired design.

Thermoforming is the fastest process available and is one of the many services Laser Services offers its customers.
We are able to produce three dimensional moulds ranging up to the dimensions of 38x38cm.
